Matter, Magnets, and Energy

On Friday, Dec. 2^nd students are invited to participate in a day of scientific discovery.  They will learn basic scientific principles through hands-on experiments.  We will explore the powers of buoyancy, magnetism, and more!

Session 1: 8:00 am – 9:55 am K-2^nd Grades

Session 2:  10:00 am – 12:00 pm for 3^rd-6^th Grades

Busses will pick up at the regularly scheduled morning times and will return at noon.

*** SPECIAL NOTE:  Next week is our annual Holiday Workshop.  We are in need of several parent volunteers to facilitate craft stations.  Please consider helping if you can.  Contact Angela Tourney for more details.***

Dec - Upcoming Schedule

Dec. 2^nd – Matter, Magnets, and Energy

A day of scientific discovery, students will learn basic scientific principles through hands-on experiments, explorations, and more.

Dec. 9^th – Holiday Workshop

Students will get to create gifts for their friends and family.  Wear clothes that can handle paint, glue, and other crafting hazards.

Dec. 16^th – Holiday Party

Enjoy a day of holiday fun – including movies, games, and more.

Dec. 23 and Dec. 30^th – Holiday Break

Jan. 6^th – Regular School Day – No Friday Activity

Nov. 18th - A Trip Around the World

Friday Enrichment Activity Invitation:

A Trip Around the World

On Friday, November 18^th students are invited to attend a Trip Around the World, an interactive learning exploration of various countries.  Students will get to learn about the geography, culture, and art of places such as China, Holland, Fiji and more!

Session 1: 8:00 am – 9:55 am K-2^nd Grades

Session 2:  10:00 am – 12:00 pm for 3^rd-6^th Grades

Busses will pick up at the regularly scheduled morning times and will return at noon.
